Players are Mafiosi sharing funds. The payer makes a payment that is hidden. The payee can either trust him, and accept it as is, or doubt it and check it first. However, doubting may be risky if the offer was generous. You would offend the payer and beg for mercy by paying a huge fine to the payer.
