1/2 oz Maraschino cherry liqueur

1/4 oz lavender syrup

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Simply:

Add all the ingredients in a shaker.

Add the ice cubes & shake with ambition.

Double-filter in a previously cooled cup.

Garnish with the edible flowers.

The Game: in Green and Against All resumes the rules of The Game with some changes. There are only 2 piles on the table, one going up, one going down. The cards are of 5 different suits and a card, regardless of its value, can always be put on a card of the same suit. Each player has only 2 cards in hand and must play one and only one during his turn.

GIN FIZZ

You will need:

2 ounces of Jardin Verde gin

1 ounce of lemon juice, freshly squeezed

3/4 ounce of simple syrup

1 egg white

Club soda, to supplement (about 1 ounce)

Simply :

Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously (without ice) for about 15 seconds.

Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously until the mixture is cool.

Double-Filter into a previously chilled glass and top up with club soda.

1/4 oz Mission Kosmos Vodka

2 2/3 oz chilled espresso coffee

Ice cubes

Simply:

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the coffee liqueur, vodka and espresso coffee.

Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.

Filter the contents of the shaker into a martini glass using an ice colander.

Garnish with small coffee beans.

For the preparation:

Lightly pound the basil leaves at the bottom of the shaker using a pestle.

Add all the ingredients to the shaker.

Add the ice cubes then shake as if there was no tomorrow.

Double-filter into a highball glass filled with crushed ice

Decorate with basil
